Filip Nikic
Fil is one of our founding members and his passion for kitesurfing began the moment he arrived in Cayman in 2013. Lately he has begun exploring other disciplines such as hydrofoiling.
Fil is originally from Serbia, but has also called Canada home. Professionally, Fil works in the financial management sector.
Fil wants everyone to be able to experience firsthand the joy and freedom kitesurfing can offer. He has made it his mission to get more people out on the water!
Gustavo Sancinetti
Originally from Brazil, Gustavo grew up in Cayman and developed his love of the ocean at an early age.
In his spare time you'll find him chasing the wind at Barkers or chasing waves in South Sound. Gustavo is one of our founding members and also volunteers his time as one of our kitesurfing instructors.
Etienne Jensen
Etienne started messing around with boards at age 8, in the snow. Leaving Canada for Cayman in 2016 meant moving from snowboarding to kitesurfing and foiling.
Etienne thinks teaching kitesurfing is the best, because for students harnessing the skills needed can at first seem daunting, but in time becomes second nature. Etienne believes Cayman has amazing kitesurfing spots and hopes that more and more youth start to take advantage and enjoy. The best part about kiting for Etienne is being outside with nature, the wind, and singing his lungs out!
